Privacy Policy

Superior Automation is a trading name of Superior Outreach Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ (company number 16573798). For anything you submit through this website, Superior Outreach Ltd is the data controller.

You can reach us about anything on this page at stefan@superioroutreach.ai.

If you submit the contact form: your name, email address, company name if you give one, and whatever you write in the message. We also record which page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the URL, so we know how you found us.

If you book a call: the booking is handled by Calendly, not by us. Whatever you enter goes to Calendly and to our calendar. Their privacy notice governs that step.

If you just read the site: nothing. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on these pages. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.

For contact form submissions, our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted a business asking it to get in touch, and replying to you is the obvious consequence. You can object at any time and we'll delete the record.

We do not use your details for marketing sequences, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share them with anyone for their own purposes.

• Supabase stores contact form submissions.
• Resend delivers the notification email so we see your message.
• Calendly handles bookings, and is embedded on the booking page.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps server logs.

These are processors acting on our instructions. Some operate outside the UK, in which case the transfer relies on the safeguards in their standard contractual terms.

Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If you become a client, the records relating to that work are kept for as long as we need them for the engagement and any legal or accounting obligation that follows it.

This site sets no cookies of its own. The Calendly widget on the booking page may set its own when it loads. That widget is loaded only when you scroll to it, so simply visiting the page does not trigger it.

If we later add analytics, this section changes and you will be asked to consent before anything non-essential is set.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to us holding it at all. Email stefan@superioroutreach.ai and we'll deal with it within one month.

If you think we've handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd rather you told us first so we can fix it.

If this policy changes materially we'll update the date at the top. There is no version history on this page, so if the detail matters to you, keep your own copy.
