AI Automation
Your team is doing worka system should be doing.
We build the workflows, voice agents and internal tools that take manual work off small professional teams, then hand them over documented, so you own what we built.
30 minutes with the founder. You leave with a map of where your hours are going, whether or not you hire us.

The problem
You already know where the time goes.
Every small team we work with recognises at least two of these. Most recognise all three.
The process lives in someone's head
One person knows how the job actually gets done. When they're on holiday, ill, or leave, the work slows to a crawl, and nobody can quite explain why.
The phone is a leak
Calls arrive while everyone is already busy, or after hours. A caller who reaches voicemail rarely leaves one. They ring the next business on the list.
Admin is eating billable hours
Your team is expensive, and a meaningful share of their week goes on data entry, chasing, and moving information between systems. None of that is what you sell.
What we do
Three ways we turn operations into systems.
Most engagements start with one and grow into the others once the first has paid for itself.
Voice agents
Easier to hear than to explain.
This is what a caller actually experiences: no menu, no hold queue, no voicemail. The agent takes the booking, writes it into the calendar, and texts the confirmation.
Inbound booking call
A chiropractic clinic. The agent explains the consultation, offers times, books the appointment and takes the patient's details.
What happenedBooked end to end with nobody from the clinic involved, including catching a correction when the caller changed his date of birth mid-answer.
agentHi there, how can I help you today?
callerHi. I'd like to book an appointment.
agentAlright, in the initial consultation, the doctor will assess the area that's affected, look into the possible cause of the injury, discuss preventative solutions, and finally go over treatment options. When would you like to come in for this appointment?
callerDon't know. I think maybe next week.
agentOkay, um, since you mentioned next week, how about Monday the sixth in the afternoon around 2pm, or Tuesday the seventh morning at 9am, or maybe Wednesday the eighth at 4pm? Do any of those work for you?
callerMonday afternoon around two PM.
agentGot it, Monday the sixth at two in the afternoon. Can I have your first name, please?
callerMichael.
agentThanks, Michael. Can I have your last name, please?
callerJohn.
agentThanks, John. Can you please...
caller(unintelligible)
agentSorry, could you say that again? Can you please tell me your date of birth?
callerTwentieth of January, two thousand.
agentThanks, Michael. Just to confirm, is your date of birth the twentieth of January, 2000?
callerTwenty-second.
agentThanks for that. So your date of birth is the twenty-second of January, 2000, right?
callerYeah.
agentThanks, Michael. Can I have the best number to reach you on, please?
callerYeah. It will be oh seven seven one two three four five six seven eight.
agentThanks, Michael. Can you please give me your email address to complete the booking?
callerYeah. It's michael at gmail dot com.
agentThanks, Michael. Lastly, could you tell me the reason for your visit?
callerIt's just I got pain in my shoulder.
agentI'm sorry to hear that, Michael. Just to make sure, you're booked for Monday the sixth of July at two in the afternoon, name Michael John, DOB twenty-second of January, 2000. Does that all sound right?
callerYes.
agentAlso just to double check, your email is michael at gmail dot com and the best number to reach you on is oh seven seven one two three four five six seven eight, is that correct?
callerYes.
agentThanks, Michael. Your appointment for Monday, July 6th at 2 PM is all set. We'll see you then. Is there anything else I can help you with?
callerNothing else. Thank you, bye.
Selected work
Real systems. Real outcomes.
Client engagements and in-house builds, labelled so you can tell which is which.
What changes
What it looks like six weeks later.
Hours back, every week
The work that used to take an afternoon runs in the background, and keeps running whether anyone remembers it or not.
Nothing falls through
Handoffs stop depending on memory. Calls get answered. Follow-ups happen on time because a system is doing them, not a person with a full inbox.
You own what we build
Documentation, runbooks and credentials are handed over at the end. Your team runs it without us. That's the point, not a risk we're hedging against.
How it runs
Four phases. No disappearing for a quarter.
You approve the scope before anything is built, and you finish owning it.
Audit
We map how the work actually flows today, not how the org chart says it does, and find where the hours are going. You get the map whether or not you hire us.
Design
We spec what gets automated first, in the order that pays back fastest. You approve the scope before anything gets built.
Build & deploy
We ship in stages rather than disappearing for a quarter. Each piece goes live and gets used while the next one is being built.
Hand over
Documentation, runbooks, credentials and training. You finish the engagement owning the system outright.
Who we serve
Built for teams of 1 to 50.
The pattern is the same across all of them: expensive people spending their week on work a system should handle.
Tools we build with
- n8n
- Make
- Zapier
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
