I'm Stefan, founder of Superior Automation.

Before any of this I spent years in sales. Appointment booking, cold calling, outreach. The calls were never the hard part. It was everything they generated: outcomes typed up after the fact, follow-ups living in someone's head, lead status spread across three places that disagreed. I know exactly how many hours a week that costs, because for a long time they were mine.

Superior Automation builds custom systems around the way a business already runs. Every engagement starts with your workflows rather than with something we built for ourselves and repackaged. We build it, document it, and hand over every credential at the end, so the system is genuinely yours.

You own what we build

Credentials, documentation and runbooks are handed over at the end of every engagement. If a system needs us permanently in order to keep working, we built it wrong. We'd rather you could leave and didn't.

Shipped beats specified

No long discovery phase that ends in a slide deck. We deploy in stages, so the first piece is running while the next is being built, and you find out early if we've misunderstood something.

We say when it isn't worth it

Some processes shouldn't be automated. They're about to change, they run twice a year, or the fix is a conversation rather than a system. We'll tell you that during the audit, even though it's less work for us.

No invented numbers

Every figure on this site traces to something we actually built. Where we don't have a measurement, we state a fact instead. You'll never find a client logo here that isn't a client.

How we relate to Superior Outreach

Two divisions, one team.

Superior Outreach handles AI-powered outreach and AI receptionist services. It gets conversations started and makes sure nobody who calls you gets missed.

Superior Automation handles everything behind that: the workflows, the internal tools and the systems that keep the work moving once the conversation has started.

They're separate because the buyers are different, not because the teams are. If you're already working with one, the other isn't a new relationship to build.
